France is strongly committed to the implementation of the European Student Card (ESC) project of by creating a national steering committee “to monitor and coordinate the work related to the conception and implementation [of the ESC] and ensure representation before national and international bodies “.
Designated “institutional representative” in December 2015, Monique Ronzeau was entrusted with the function of Chair of the national Steering Committee composed of permanent representatives of institutions and organizations in charge of the project and representing the partners involved in its development. The operational management of the project and steering committee secretariat is provided by the Cnous.
